If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, please contact us at info@lizzyclothing.com with the subject line ‘Return Request’. Unwanted items must be returned by post, and the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your order is incorrect or missing items, please contact us at info@lizzyclothing.com with your order number and details of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage with tracking when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.


RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS

To receive a full refund (minus the original shipping costs), your order must meet the following requirements:

  • Item is unworn with labels attached
  • Parcel is shipped back within 14 days of delivery

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

Please ensure you include your order ID and reason for return on a slip of paper inside the parcel.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT?

You may exchange your item for a different size of the same product, subject to availability. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact info@lizzyclothing.com to process your exchange request.


WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once we receive and process your return, it may take up to 5-7 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
